My private gynae (Dr Hii) recommended me to do the Panorama Test for Down Syndrome at his clinic when baby was 10 weeks, this test is able to find out the baby gender too (yes, as early as 10 weeks!). That advanced test costs $1000 (99% detection rate). But my friend explained to me, that i'm below 35 years old, so the chance of down syndrome babies is lesser. Single moms out there going through this, I feel you. At the clinic, you will feel a strike of loneliness, wishing the father of this little one was there to see what you both created. Especially when you see other mummies coming into the clinic with their husbands, in couples..... And that's what makes you feel lonelier and upset. STOP right there. Listen.
